TAILORED WORKOUT PROGRAM, JUST FOR YOU!
Our 6 Week Challenge Program uses our online personal training platform to deliver a completely custom and tailored experience to each and every challenge member. Each member will have a custom exercise program designed by one of our personal trainers, which will include 3 workout sessions per week. We will also have add on workouts and cardio activities for those who really want to push themselves and maximise their potential over the 6 week period.
The workout programs are designed specifically for you, so we can cater to all fitness levels and can include any equipemnt you might have lying around the house. Some Challenge members prefer to focus on step counts and just being more active throughout the week, so we can also cater for that and set step goals for you to try achieve each day/week.
NUTRITION & MEAL PLANS THAT WORK FOR YOU.
Over the course of the 6 Week Challenge, you and your personal trainer will be working closely together on your nutrition and calorie intake. We don't do any fad diets or drastic calorie deficits, but instead we aim to educate all our members on what foods they are putting in to their body, what foods are better for giving them the required energy to do 3 workouts per week, and also what foods are best for helping them recover after the workouts.
We will be tracking calories and aiming to be in a calorie deficit so that we can get weight loss results, but it will be in a sustainable and maneagable way. We focus on weekly calorie averages, which means that Challenge members can plan out their week on nutrition in advance and allow themselves a cheat day every so often (provided the weekly average is below the calorie target!).
