Youth Development Academy (Ages 8-12)

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 3.30pm - 4.20pm

Youth Performance Program (Ages 13-17)

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 4.30pm - 5.20pm

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

We currently have two membership options available based on how many training sessions per week you want your child / teenager to attend.

Our classes will be held at our Kilcoole location, with the intention to expand to Nikafit Greystones in the future. We offer monthly memberships, providing flexibility for busy schedules.

IMPROVE
EXCEL

One session per week, where we will develop your childs confidence, movement skills and physical strength capabilities in a fun, supportive, welcoming environment. Ideal for kids taking their first steps into exercise and  fitness.

Two sessions per week, accelerating development, maximizing athletic potential, and instilling healthy exercise routines. The Excel program helps youths improve their body composition, build self-confidence and create a healthy exercise routine from an early age.
