RECONNECT THE CORE
Phase One
We will focus on establishing good breathing patterns and reconnecting to the core and pelvic floor as you return to exercise after having your baby. All exercises will be designed to suit your postpartum body. Here we will focus on bodyweight exercises, light resistance, core work and lots of mobility.
BUILD STRENGTH
Phase Two
As we progress from phase one we will begin to introduce more strengthening exercises to our program including weights to help develop strength in the body.
RETURN TO IMPACT
Phase Three
Here the pace of our workouts begin to increase and we return back to training at more intense levels, like we did before pregnancy, or maybe for the first time ever, leaving us feeling amazing and full of energy!

FAQ
WHEN CAN I START?
The classes run every Tuesday & Thursday and you can start classes any time, once you are medically cleared to return to exercise.
Once you purchase credits & set up your account your credits will be live to book classes!
DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SESSIONS EACH WEEK?
No, the credits can be used as you need. You can choose between one or two sessions per week. The credits can be used over a 3 month period so no stress if you miss session or a week here or there!
DO I BRING MY BABY?
Of course, please do! We cant wait to meet them all. But you can absolutely come without your baby too if that suits you better.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE?
The gym is big so feel free to bring babies in their buggies. We have mats & blankets and some toys if your baba prefers to be out and about. Please bring along any of their favourite toys (and some snacks if their eating) to keep them as happy as can be while you get your workout in!

We also have comfy couches & a microwave should you need to feed during the class.
​
There is a coffee machine here too for some post (or pre) workout coffee & catchups!
Other than that just bring yourself and some water and we will look after the rest.
