Here at Nikafit Studios, we specialise in strenght and conditioning fitness, weight loss and wellness for both men and women, delivered through our bespoke small group personal training classes.
Our first personal training studio, located on the main street of Kilcoole, was Wicklow’s first dedicated small group personal training facility. More recently we have opened our second personal training studio in Greystones.
Our aim is to deliver our results based personal training programs, in a friendly but focused small group setting, allowing our clients to receive elite level personal training at a fraction of the cost of a 1-on-1 session.
Our goal is to bring fitness to life in the local area. Although our programs are heavily backed by research, we understand the importance of taking the holistic approach to health and fitness. Here at Nikafit we believe that a healthy mind must come before a healthy body and our personal training programs reflect this.

Personal training has been proven through research to be the most effective way of achieving your fitness goals. However working with a personal trainer 1-on-1 can become quite expensive, and for many people is simply unsustainable in the long run.
Our Semi-Private Personal Training system is built around the needs of our clients, as it allows members to share the cost of working with a coach. As a result you pay a fraction of the price of a 1-on-1 session, while still receiving expert level personal training.
Semi-Private Personal Training membership at Nikafit Studios gives you all the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training but in a fun small group setting. We build you a personalised program to suit your ability and offer a flexible booking system so you can train at times that suit your schedule.
Personal training in a small group delivers better results than large group training. Not only do you get immediate results from starting a new training program, but the additional accountability and personal training multiple times a week takes your training to a new level, making it far easier to maintain your results long term.
