Our personal training studio, located on the main street of Kilcoole, is Wicklow’s first dedicated small group personal training facility. Here we deliver our results based personal training programs, in a friendly but focused small group setting, allowing our clients to receive elite level personal training at a fraction of the cost of a 1-on-1 session.

Semi-Private / Small Group Personal Training is the future of the fitness industry.
Personal training has been proven through research to be the most effective way of achieving your fitness goals. However working with a personal trainer 1-on-1 can become quite expensive, and for many people is simply unsustainable in the long run.
Our Semi-Private Personal Training system is built around the needs of our clients, as it allows members to share the cost of working with a coach. As a result you pay a fraction of the price of a 1-on-1 session, while still receiving expert level personal training.
Semi-Private Personal Training membership at Nikafit Studios gives you all the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training but in a fun small group setting. We build you a personalised programme to suit your ability and offer a flexible booking system so you can train at times that suit your schedule.
Personal training in a small group delivers better results than large group training. Not only do you get immediate results from starting a new training program, but the additional accountability and personal training multiple times a week takes your training to a new level, making it far easier to maintain your results long term.

It may seem a bit cheesy to say that joining Nikafit has changed my life... but what the hell - it HAS changed my life!!! I've always been really jealous of those people who love training and never in a million years did I think I'd find something that would make me love training too, but I have. Don't get me wrong, it's hard... really hard, but I've never felt fitter, happier and more motivated to continue achieving results than I do right now!!! My husband was the one who encouraged me to join... he'd seen Katy working with clients in her previous job and when he heard they'd opened their own place he thought it would really suit me. Considering after just 12 weeks I'd already lost 21 inches, I'd say that's a definite success :) and I'm only starting my journey.
